How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries in the future.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a replacement.
Are your kitchen products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic and glassware items are dishwasher and microwave safe. Please refer to the specific product description or the stamp on the bottom of the item for detailed care instructions.
